Timeline: A Decade for AOLITE Backhoe Loaders from Accumulation to Achievement.

Jan 06, 2025

From 2013 to 2023, through continuous technological breakthroughs and product upgrades, AOLITE Backhoe Loaders have secured a firm place in the market.

Technological Accumulation and Product Expansion (2013-2016):

Rich Product Variety: In 2016, the WZ30-20 Backhoe Loader was developed. It boasted a rated loading capacity of 2000kg, meeting the needs of different users and working conditions.

Technological Improvements: The frame structure design was optimized, and advanced features such as air conditioning and reverse imaging were equipped, thus enhancing comfort levels and safety features. The dual development of gear pumps and piston pumps provided a reference for the technological improvement of backhoe loaders in general.

New Energy Exploration and Preliminary Application (2017-2018):

Initiation of New Energy: In 2018, AOLITE embarked on a mission to bring new energy to its loaders, laying a technical foundation for subsequent new energy transformation of backhoe loaders.

Technological Integration and Innovation: At the 2018 Shanghai Bauma Exhibition, AOLITE exhibited the first domestic small hybrid loader, successfully applying embedded controller and automatic transmission technology. This demonstrated its innovative capabilities in the integration of new energy and intelligent control technology. These technologies were gradually applied to the development of its backhoe loaders.

Product Innovation and Market Expansion (2019-2023):

Technological Innovation of Backhoe Loaders: In 2022, the BL90-25 and BL105-25 Backhoe Loaders underwent technological innovation by introducing intelligent technology to improve efficiency, stability, and safety, while being more sustainable and energy-saving. The adoption of the H-type chassis (integral frame) meant that the company had a new chassis platform, which supported greater product diversity. Meanwhile, in-depth cooperation with WEICHAI Power led to the realization of a dedicated engine model. Based on this new model, a matching transmission and axle were developed, thus creating AOLITE's golden core.

Patent Applications and International Expansion: As of October 2024, AOLITE Heavy Industry had applied for and completed 5 patents for its backhoe loaders, with 3 more in the application process. By hosting and participating in various domestic and international exhibitions, such as the Big 5 Construction Expo in Dubai and the INTERMAT exhibition in France, AOLITE has successfully expanded its foreign business by enhancing brand awareness and market influence, taking its backhoe loaders to an even broader market.
